Online Ordering
1. Order Processing and Delivery
All our dog treats are freshly prepared upon order to ensure optimal quality and freshness.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and preparation.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Please note that we do not currently offer shipment overseas.

2. Ingredients
We utilise only the finest, human-grade ingredients in all our treats.
A complete list of ingredients for each treat can be found on the respective product page.
3. Suitability for Dogs
These treats are intended as a supplementary reward and should not replace your dog's regular, balanced diet.
Treats should only comprise 10% of your dog's daily diet.
Our treats are formulated to be safe and healthy for most dogs.
However, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian if you have any concerns regarding your dog's dietary needs or allergies.
4. Storage
For optimal quality, store your treats in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
Alternatively, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
5. Returns & Refunds
For all information regarding returns, refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please refer to our comprehensive Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
As our treats are lovingly made to order, we begin preparing them shortly after your order is placed. Therefore, cancellations or changes may not be possible once processing has commenced.
If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us at info@merrytails.com.au as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before your order is dispatched.

Catering
1. Do you cater for dog birthdays and parties?
Yes! We love creating custom menus for all kinds of special occasions, from birthdays and gotcha-days to seasonal parties.
2. What's on your catering menu?
We can create a wide range of custom items, including beautiful pupcakes, elaborate birthday cakes, savoury parfaits, gimbap, and more. The best way to start is to contact us with your idea!
3. How much notice do you need for a catering order?
To ensure we can source the freshest ingredients, we typically require at least two weeks' notice for all custom catering orders. During busy periods, more notice is always appreciated.
4. What is your delivery area for catering?
Our custom catering service is available for local hand-delivery within 20km radius from Eastwood NSW (2122).
5. How do I order a custom cake or catering?
The best way to begin is by completing the catering form on our website. Please include the date of your event, the number of dogs attending, and any initial ideas you have.
6. Can you handle special dietary needs or allergies?
We can often accommodate special requests, as all our treats are handmade. Please contact us directly to discuss your pup's specific dietary requirements before ordering
